Over view of this Assignment

  • Ingroupsof3-4,studentsarerequiredtoevaluatetheappropriatenessand effectiveness of property planning and decision-making undertaken in a contemporary guest services case study assigned by the Lecturer. Students are to prepare a 1,500-word (plus/minus 10%) report worth 20% of the total grade. Based onthereport,studentswillpresenta10to15-minutepresentationtotheclass duringthescheduledtutorial.Presentationisworth10%ofthetotalgrade.

 

PurposeofthisAssignment

This assessment aims to evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of facilities management, HR management, and decision-making in a contemporary guest services case study by applying the SERVQUAL model. It also aims to make recommendations to improve guest servicesoperation management.
