In your personal philosophy statement, you will share your image of the child and teacher, describe your view of the purpose of teaching and include the theories that guide you as a teacher.
Your statement will articulate related broad practices for teaching and learning that reflect your purpose and theories that resonate with you. Your philosophy statement will develop throughout your career as you develop new understandings.

This statement will include your image of the child, image of the teacher, your view as to the purpose of teaching and learning, share the educational theories or ideas that guide you as a teacher, and describe the general style of teaching practices that are the extension of your purpose and theoretical beliefs.
