Write a 1500-word reflective report addressing the concepts of how working agreements, the Agile Mindset, Psychological Safety and Servant Leadership can influence how a self-organised team can bring their working agreement to life with Agile practices.

    • How has the developed a working agreement via the team contract?
    • How establishing sprints progressed?
    • How is your use of kanbans/scrum boards progressing?
  2. So what? – Undertake an analysis to understand:
    • Are the team demonstrating an Agile Mindset?
    • Have the team members demonstrated Servant Leadership?
    • Is there Psychological Safety within the team?
    • Is the team working in a self-organised manner?
    • What benefits is the team getting from Retrospectives?
  3. Now what? -. Formulate a plan of 3 action items that you will take forward within the team which will improve 3 of the following 4 areas:
    • Agile Mindset
    • Servant Leadership within the team.
    • Psychological safety within the team.
    • Working as a self-organised team.
    • Reflection through the Retrospective process
  4. Conclusion: summarise the two most important elements you have learned from the group assignment that you have uncovered via your self-reflection.

Please use font Arial or Calibri 11 point, should be line spaced at 1.5 for ease of reading and page numbers on the bottom of each page.

If diagrams or tables are used, due attention should be given to pagination to avoid loss of meaning and continuity by unnecessarily splitting information over two pages. Diagrams must carry the appropriate captioning.
