Assessment Overview
Part A: Data Analysis and Descriptive Analytics (200 words, 15 marks)
You are provided a data file containing characteristics relating to the performance of surfers (people who physically ride waves at the beach). You are to undertake descriptive analytics for the data file provided. The column headings are largely self-explanatory and can be further understood with a little research.
A Word report is to be completed with the infographic software of your choice–either Power BIor Tableau.

Describe how predictive analytics can be used as part of a solution to a business problem with reference to ONE real-world case study of your own choosing.
You will need to conduct independent research and consult resources provided in this subject. Describe how the chosen business specifically uses Predictive Analytics and provide references to support your view.
