•    Should you not answer the questions correctly, you will be given feedback on the results and your gaps in knowledge. You will be given another opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and skills to be deemed competent for this unit of competency.

Procedures and Specifications of the Assessment
The candidate must demonstrate ability, knowledge and skills in planning or reviewing new or revised administrative systems, and procedures for implementing, monitoring & reviewing the system and present overview of system to relevant stakeholders.
In this assessment task you are required to review system and project plan that you have developed in Assessment 1 and describe how they meet the requirements for the organisation. You also need to develop a presentation of your findings that outlines the current status of system, possible changes required, identify risk and prepare contingency plan.
