•  The purpose of this assessment task is to develop and assess your knowledge about a key managerial issue that you can choose from the list of managerial issues provided.
• You are required to find 10 peer reviewed literature sources related to your chosen managerial issue listed below and incorporate your findings into a final write up. 
• You are required to compare the articles related to your chosen managerial issue and provide examples of application of theory to real world practice through research. 
• You are expected to cite at least ten (10) academic journal articles in your essay to demonstrate the range of sources from which you derived your knowledge. 
• You are expected to support/challenge your findings against empirical/peer reviewed literature that is dated in last five years. 

Your AT3 Individual Essay should be structured into the following sections:

Provide a list of the selected 10 peer reviewed literature sources related to key managerial issue

• Body of the Essay 

Divide this section into subheadings (e.g., Gender Diversity) 

Use TEECL structure to organise your paragraphs against your important points/argument. TEECL stands for Topic sentence, Explanation, Evidence, and Link 

Topic sentence: Introduce your main idea or claim of the paragraph in relation to your main point/argument 

Explanation: Explain what you mean in greater detail 

Evidence: Provide evidence based on the journal articles to support your idea or claim 

Comment: Discuss the strengths and limitations of the evidence and explain how your evidence supports your idea or claim 

Link: Summarise the main idea of the paragraph and explain how paragraph supports your overall argument 

• Conclusion

Restate the managerial issue and your position/response to the issue
