Assessment Description and Instructions
Students will be provided with a choice of three (3) case studies. Each group must collaboratively select one case to delve into. Embedded within each case are five (5) specific questions. For a balanced distribution of work, groups are expected to allocate these questions among their members, ensuring each individual is responsible for at least one. As they formulate their answers, it is crucial to adhere to the suggested report format provided. Moreover, while addressing the questions, students should incorporate and apply relevant theories from the course to enrich their analysis and provide depth to their responses. This exercise is a test of comprehension and an opportunity to showcase the practical application of course concepts.
The cases will be made available during the semester after week 3.
The report must be submitted by Sunday of Week 7, 11:59 pm. This is to be submitted via the Turnitin similarity-checking link.
You are tasked with diving deep into a case study to present a thorough analysis. Here is a breakdown of the steps to guide your work:
1. Selecting the Right Case:
From the trio of case studies we have provided, you will need to choose just one that resonates most or interests you. This selection forms the foundation for your analysis.
2. Delving into Questions:
Each case study comes paired with five distinct questions. These questions are central to understanding the nuances and intricacies of the case. You'll need to tackle each one, offering insightful and comprehensive answers.
3. Maintaining Word Discipline:
While passion and enthusiasm are encouraged, remember to be concise. Each of your answers should neatly fit within a 500-550 word bracket. It is a delicate balance of depth and brevity.
4. Enhancing Your Argument with External Insights:
While the case study is comprehensive, a world of external knowledge can further illuminate your answers. Feel free to lean on external references, bringing in fresh perspectives or supporting data.
5. Citing Your Information Sources:
Acknowledging your sources is crucial. Ensure you use in-text citations whenever you draw from an external source and round off your work with a complete reference list.
With these steps, you can craft a robust and insightful case study analysis.
